Who built this?
TimeCatch was founded by Dr Rok Strniša, an entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in the tech industry. Rok earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He was a networking research engineer at Citrix, a financial engineer at the London hedge fund Winton, and a principal engineer at the tech unicorn Improbable.

Common questions before starting
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
While you can use TimeCatch without integrations, we are happy to integrate with your existing HR, WFM, and rostering systems.
Can we override parts of the schedule?
Yes, you can manually set parts of the schedule and prevent TimeCatch from changing them.
What if the inputs change?
You can update your inputs at any time and regenerate the schedule as needed. This way, you can react to sudden changes, e.g., a doctor becomes unavailable.
Can you do cross-departmental scheduling?
Yes. Multiple departments can specify their inputs within a single workspace, and TimeCatch will generate a schedule for all departments at once.
Does it also work for nurses?
Yes, TimeCatch can be used for all staff, not just doctors.
Do you also schedule patients?
At this point, TimeCatch only schedules staff, but we are open to adding patient scheduling in the future.
How much training is required?
You can start using TimeCatch after one onboarding session. We can also help you specify the initial rules and preferences.
What happens if TimeCatch is unavailable?
Schedules can be generated in advance and exported, so your department doesn't depend on TimeCatch's uptime.
